PURPOSE
<\/strong>The purpose of the Privacy Policy is to contribute to ShareCloud’s business objectives by protecting the privacy of partners and individuals. The Privacy Policy covers all areas of operation of ShareCloud.
Responsibility for developing the policy and implementing the principles set out in the policy rests with the company management board. The Management Board delegates implementation tasks on the basis of the principle that staff are adequately qualified to conduct the tasks.
The privacy policy has been made available to employees via an intranet portal.<\/p>\n

INTRODUCTION
<\/strong>ShareCloud respects every individual’s right to freedom of expression and privacy. ShareCloud will provide clear and accurate privacy notices when it collects or processes personal data.<\/p>\n

EMPLOYEE PRIVACY<\/strong>
ShareCloud collects and processes employee data to the extent necessary to perform job functions, prevent and recover from system failures and prevent violations of law.<\/p>\n

ShareCloud values the privacy of our customers and makes every effort to ensure that our customers’ personal information is processed lawfully and securely, including to protect it from unauthorized access and transfer.
This Privacy Policy explains and specifies how ShareCloud, as a data controller, uses the personal data of its customers in accordance with (EU) 2016\/679, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).<\/p>\n

The personal data you provide to us is the data you enter into our various registration and feedback forms.<\/p>\n

The email address you provide us will be used to send you various information, updates, company news, information about products and services, and information about ShareCloud events such as webinars and conferences.

Information we collect from other sources<\/strong>
Public information that is available about you in the online space – this may include sources such as LinkedIn and other social media accounts, including your employer’s website, where the information used is limited to your full name, occupation and work email address ending with your company domain.<\/p>\n

We use this email address for business purposes only: to provide you with company news, information about products and services, and information about ShareCloud events such as webinars and conferences.
